Refund policy. HarringtonEd will not refund course costs to users unless there is system malfunctions associated with the ability of HarringtonEd to properly maintain and deliver content. This does not include and is not limited to user interruptions associate with the maintenance of our site servers or the users ISP servers or service. HarringtonEd will not refund any costs associated with books once the user has accepted delivery of books. Refunds are determined on a case by case basis. If you are not satisfied with our products please contact us through e-mail or call us at 845-229-6842 to request a refund.
